Our Embroidery Process

Step 1:

Send us your design or design idea. We accept .JPG, .PDF, .PNG, .AI, and .EPS. You are also more than welcome to visit us in store! Once we have your idea, one of our in-house creative team members will analyze the elements and work with you to establish the right logo or design sizing and placement.

    Step 2:

Next, you pick your material. This selection process is best done after consultation with your project lead or a member of our creative department, as material heavily dictates the final quality, and consequent cost. Now, it’s time for the magic to happen.

  • Step 3:

The Studio One Creative Department will work with our skilled technicians prep your logo or design for digitization. Studio101 Fun Fact: Our technicians use digitization software to “draw” or translate your image or text into a language the Tajima machine can read and retrace. Due to their expertise, each digitizer will consider the intricate details of your design, taking into account both color and feature prominence. Then it’s the machine’s turn.

  • Step 4:

Our technician runs quality assurance on each item, before inspection by your personal project lead. Your order is then packaged for pick up or delivery!

Studio One’s streamlined delivery service includes collaboration with UPS Ground, but we are happy to accommodate your preferred delivery service upon request. 24 Hour Rush Service is available for in-store pick up only.

There is nothing we love more than seeing your smiling faces. We invite you to stop by our studio to pick up your products in person, as we’d love to ensure your happiness on the spot.

    Stock & Custom Inks

Our in-house creative department will work with you to mix and match custom colors from a Pantone number, color swatch or sample for an additional fee.

*Keep in mind that colors will appear differently on darker or lighter fabrics, as well as promotional materials. Different computer monitors may also render slightly different hues. Our design team is dedicated to collaborating with you until you‘re 100% comfortable with your design before we move to the next step.
